Your safe harbour on the High Rhine – in the heart of Europe

Living where the Rhy flows.

RHYSLING brings together high-quality residential ownership at one of the most extraordinary addresses in Europe: directly on the High Rhine, in Büsingen – Germany's only exclave, entirely surrounded by Switzerland. Eleven carefully designed freehold apartments, predominantly with direct Rhine views, generous terraces and the comfort of a modern residence.

The Project

Origin, terroir and quality

The name RHYSLING unites two worlds: «Rhy» – Alemannic for the Rhine – and the sound of Riesling, the finest grape variety of the Rhine. A name that sums up the project's promise: life by the water, in a prime location, to the highest standard.

The building ensemble combines contemporary new-build architecture with a carefully modernised existing structure to form a harmonious whole. Designed by Biehler Weith Associated of Konstanz, who also created the neighbouring new build «Milchzentrale» at Junkerstrasse 85, directly on the High Rhine.

From the compact 2.5-room apartment as a pied-à-terre to the spacious 5.5-room attic with optional conservatory – space for every stage of life and every requirement.
